Reunion Headquarters Hotel
The headquarters hotel for our 3/5 2008 Reunion is the Holiday Inn Select Hotel and Conference Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The per night room rate is $109.40 (includes taxes). This special rate will also be available for four (4) days before and after our September 19, 20 & 21, 2008 weekend gathering. Reservations must be received by Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Individual reservations will not be guaranteed without first nights deposit or credit card. Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 12:00PM. Non-smoking rooms and rooms for physically challenged persons are available.
An initial block of 70 rooms has been reserved for our reunion. Please make your reservations as soon as you can. That way, we can make an early decision about adding more rooms. We would like to have everyone stay at the headquarters hotel.
The hotel is located at 2801 Plank Road, off I-95; exit 130B (Virginia Route 3), midway between Richmond, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Early registration for the reunion will begin at 1:00PM on Thursday, September 18, 2008.

If you will be flying to the reunion, the best airports to use are Reagan International and Richmond International. Both are about a one hour drive from the hotel.
Travel time from the hotel to Quantico is about 20 minutes and approximately one hour to Washington, D.C.
Please Note: As of November 1, 2007, the hotel name will change from Holiday Inn Select to Fredericksburg Hospitality House.
